You can disconnect your Gmail account at any time from the Dashboard page. Click on the Gmail account you want to disconnect and select "Disconnect". This will immediately revoke Email Ferret's access to that account. You can also revoke access directly from your Google Account settings.

Email Ferret requires an internet connection to function. It needs to connect to both your Gmail account (via Google APIs) and our servers to analyze emails and apply labels. However, once emails are labeled in Gmail, those labels remain even if you're offline.

If you cancel your subscription, you'll continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, we retain your account data (settings, allowlist, blocklist) for 30 days in case you want to reactivate. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can request immediate deletion by contacting support.
