Email Allowlist

An email allowlist (also called a whitelist) is a list of trusted senders, domains, or email addresses that should always reach your inbox, regardless of spam scoring. Email Ferret's allowlist ensures important emails from VIP contacts, key clients, or trusted domains are never blocked, even if they might otherwise be flagged.

You can add emails to your allowlist in several ways: (1) Add individual email addresses, (2) Add entire domains (e.g., @company.com), (3) Add senders from flagged emails directly from the Email Ferret dashboard. Allowlist entries take effect immediately and apply to all future emails from those senders.

Allowlisted emails are still analyzed by Email Ferret, but they receive a significant trust signal that reduces their spam score. This ensures allowlisted emails always reach your inbox, even if they contain content that might otherwise be flagged. You can still see the spam score breakdown for allowlisted emails if you want to review them.

Yes, Email Ferret supports multiple Gmail accounts, and each account has its own allowlist. This allows you to maintain separate allowlists for personal and business Gmail accounts, each tailored to your specific needs.
